Is Dr. McClinchey an experienced Dentist, and if so, does he keep current with latest developments in Dentistry?
Dr. McClinchey received his undergraduate degree from Eastern Michigan University in 1972. He then graduated from the University of Detroit School of Dentistry in 1975.

In 1978, Dr. McClinchey opened his private practice in Farmington Hills, Michigan. Over the past 30 years while in private practice, he has attended numerous continuing educational courses and seminars in dentistry. Many of those have emphasized the latest techniques in Cosmetic Dentistry, TMJ Therapy, Laser Dentistry, Air Abrasion - MicroDentistry, Painless Injections and Pain Management.
New technology and experience, a winning combination. In the area of Air Abrasion - MicroDentistry, Dr. McClinchey's experience has earned him the distinction as a "Certified Trainer". This distinction authorizes him to train other dentists in this advanced technology.
Dr. McClinchey has also earned an Associate Fellowship in the Field of Laser Dentistry and has trained a member of dentists on the use of the Waterlase™ Dental Laser.

- Anne is responsible for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Managing the Daily Operation of the office

Ben Britten, RDH - Soft Tissue Management Education Advisor
- Graduated in 1990 from Ferris State University
- Received his RDH from Midland's Technical College in 1996
- Continuing Education at Las Vegas Institute
- Ben's focus with his patients is Soft Tissue Management; this encompasses educating patients and offering instruction on New Soft Tissue Management Devises and the application of various Oral Rinses.

- Shaun has worked as an Oral Surgery Technician, TMJ assistant, and also with a Pediatric Dentist. She continues to take classes to further her education in the dental field.

Heather MacRae, RDA - Dental Assistant
- Graduated from Washtenaw Community College, 2006, Dental Assisting and X-ray Certificate
- Interned at a highly respected periodontal office in Ann Arbor.
- Heather has worked as an Oral Surgery Technician, TMJ assistant, and also with a Pediatric Dentist. She continues to take classes to further her education in the dental field.
